How can I browse your inventory?

Online Catalog

Browse our collection on our website. Our catalog is organized by categories to help you find exactly what you need for your production.
Please note that prices are not displayed online. To receive pricing information, you can submit a request through our website or contact us directly via email or phone.

In-Person Visits

We welcome visits to our showroom to view items in person. Our collection includes furniture, decorative pieces, and lighting fixtures displayed for easy browsing. Seeing items in person helps ensure they match your vision perfectly.

To arrange a showroom visit, please contact us in advance:

Visiting Hours:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 by appointment 
Saturday: Buy appointment after prior arrangement 

Why should I visit the showroom?

While our online catalog provides detailed images, colors and textures can appear different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions. Visiting our showroom allows you to:

  • See the actual condition and color of items
  • Assess size and scale in person
  • Get expert advice 
  • Make confident selections for your project

If you’re interested in specific items, let us know in advance and we’ll have them ready for viewing when you arrive.

REQUESTING A QUOTE

How do I get pricing information?

You can request a price quote in the following ways:

Through Our Website

Use the wishlist form on our website to submit your list of items. Include the item codes and names, along with your rental dates and project details.

Via Email

Send an email to info@temporary-showroom.gr with:

  • Item codes and descriptions
  • Your desired rental dates 
  • Brief description of your project (commercial, film, series, event, photography)
  • Your contact information and company details if applicable

How quickly will I receive a quote?

We aim to respond to all quote requests within 24 hours. For urgent projects, please indicate this in your request and we’ll prioritize your inquiry.

MAKING A RESERVATION

How do I reserve or book items?

Once you receive your quote and are ready to proceed:

Email info@temporary-showroom.gr or call 6944964888 to confirm which items you’d like to reserve.

No Deposit Required:

There is no deposit required to place items on hold. However, we will notify you if another client expresses interest in items you have on hold.

Confirming Your Booking:

Once you confirm your selection, we’ll invoice you. Bank account details will be shown in the invoice. Proof of payment must then be provided via email. 

What is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 3 days from the collection date. If you need items for a longer period, please let us know and we can arrange an extended rental.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

If you need to cancel items, please contact us at least one working day before your scheduled collection date.

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost applies to confirmed bookings cancelled within the same day of collection. This covers preparation costs and potential loss of rental opportunity.

PAYMENT

When do I need to pay?

Full payment is required before collection of your items. We will provide you with bank transfer details once your booking is confirmed.
Payment must be made via bank transfer to our designated account. Please send proof of payment (bank receipt or screenshot) to info@temporary-showroom.gr before your collection date.

Do you offer credit accounts?

Currently, we require full payment in advance for all rentals.

What are your collection hours?

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
Saturday: By prior arrangement only

Please confirm your collection time in advance with our team to ensure items are ready and staff are available to assist with loading.

Do I need to arrange my own transport?

Yes, you will need to arrange your own transport. Transport costs are not included in rental charges.
We can recommend trusted courier services and provide guidance on appropriate vehicle sizes based on your order. Please let us know if you need assistance with transport arrangements.
Your vehicle should be suitable for safely transporting the items. We reserve the right to decline loading if we consider the transport inadequate for protecting the items during transit.

How are items packaged?

All items must be carefully wrapped and protected before collection using aerohart. Please keep in mind that you must provide your own aerohart.  

What should I check when collecting items?

Upon collection, please:

  • Check that you’ve received everything 
  • Inspect items for any existing damage
  • Report any concerns immediately

Important: Items are your responsibility from the moment they leave our showroom until they are returned.

RETURNS

When should I return items?

Items must be returned by the agreed return date, during our operating hours:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 16:00
Saturday: By prior arrangement only

How should I pack items for return?

All items must be packed the same way as they were packed before collection, using aerohart.
Ensure items are returned in the same condition as collected. Additional fees will be charged for items returned damaged, stained, or in worse condition than when rented.

What if I need to extend my rental?

If you need to keep items longer than originally agreed, please contact us before your scheduled return date.
We’ll check availability and provide you with an extended rental quote. Items must not be kept beyond the agreed return date without prior authorization. Late fees will apply based on the number of days overdue.

ITEM CARE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What are my responsibilities as a renter?

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping items safe and secure throughout the rental period
  • Using items only for their intended purpose as props
  • Not making any alterations or modifications without written permission
  • Ensuring items are not removed from the agreed location without notifying us
  • Maintaining items in good condition

Do I need insurance?

While we do not require proof of insurance, you are fully responsible for any loss or damage to items from collection until return.

What happens if an item is damaged or lost?

Notify Us Immediately:

If any item is damaged or lost during your rental period, contact us right away at info@temporaryshowroom.gr or 6944964888.

Assessment:

Once items are returned, we’ll assess their condition. If damage has occurred, you’ll receive a notification with details of restoration or replacement costs.

Charges:

  • Minor damage: You’ll be charged for professional cleaning, repair, or restoration
  • Major damage: You’ll be charged for restoration costs plus any loss of rental value while the item is being repaired
  • Lost or irreparable items: You’ll be charged the full replacement value as listed in your rental agreement
    To avoid unexpected charges, we encourage visiting our showroom to inspect items before confirming your booking.

SPECIAL ITEMS

Lighting and Lamps

Our lighting collection includes table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling lamps and appliqués. Please note:

  • Light bulbs are not included 
  • We can advise on appropriate bulb types for each lamp

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

Do you rent for international productions?

Yes, we can arrange rentals for productions outside Greece. Please inform us in advance if you plan to transport items abroad. You will be responsible for all customs, transport, and logistics arrangements.

What about copyright and licensing?

We do not hold specific permissions or licenses for furniture, art and other items. It is the client’s responsibility to research and obtain any necessary permissions for use in their production. We will provide any available information about items where possible.

Can I see items before making a final decision?

Absolutely! We encourage clients to visit our showroom to view items in person. This helps ensure the pieces are perfect for your project.
